The school is not supported by the government and is run as a society and do not collect any fees from the students which means no revenue source expect charity. The students in this school predominantly comprise children of labourers who work at the refineries and nearby projects. We did our latest CSR initiative at Ponka Girls School a remote location near our largest project site at NRL,Assam. These bicycles will not only provide them with a means of transportation but also symbolize the freedom to access education, unlock their potential, and chase their dreams. With this program, we are donating brand-new bicycles to girl children in these communities. We're thrilled to announce our latest CSR initiative - "Wheeling for Education" program in close partnership with our NGO partner, Bhumi.įor far too long, girl children from the underprivileged communities in India have faced challenges in accessing quality education especially at the mid/high school levels, limited transportation options are often a major barrier. Education not only empowers individuals but also uplifts entire communities. I understand the companies are no saints either and there are so many ways in which the companies can enhance the candidate interview experience but just thought will pen this down as I have experienced some of this in the recent past. ![]() Last but not the least, does not turn up on date of joining and sends no regret email or even becomes non-contactable. Quotes unrealistic money only in the end despite being told about the budget for the role in some of the earlier rounds of interview. While interviewing candidates sometimes even for mid-senior roles, it surprises me.
